6.0The property is conveniently located near the main city market, making it easily accessible. A Domino’s outlet right next to the property is an added bonus. The staff was helpful, and when we faced issues with our room, the manager promptly upgraded us to better accommodation. The on-site restaurant is excellent, and the food was delicious.
− The downside of our stay was the poor room service. The bathroom was not clean upon arrival, and we had to chase the staff to get the rooms cleaned. Basic amenities, such as mosquito repellents, were initially unavailable and took 3-4 hours to arrive. Despite informing the hotel staff to clean our rooms, we returned after almost an entire day to find them still unclean. We had to repeatedly request the staff to address these issues. The management should prioritize housekeeping to improve the guest experience.
