Hotel was nice but when they try to steal from me they ruined any goodwill I have for Hilton. Think
3.0Front desk person at check in was nice.
− Got my emailed receipt and saw where they charged me 75.00 pet fee for my service dog which is a federal law they are breaking. Called front desk asap and was lied to saying they couldn't give out managers name, which is another lie, finally after an hour of being lied to hung up on,lied to by their chat Guru, I finally got someone that actually seemed to care. So we'll see if they lied again or if my refund gets back to me Monday. Stay tuned

− Well beds was very uncomfortable. Rooms was laid out extremely strange. Free breakfast well that just cereal and bagels coffee and juice. I also was told I was getting charged a $100 deposit and would get that back and that was a lie. I didn't do any damage nothing stolen no reason to not get the 100 back.
