4.0Localização boa, porém o quarto não tinha capacidade para 4 pessoas, como informado e não conseguiram resolver com ninguém. Foi uma noute péssima. Não havia papel higiênico no banheiro e nem cobertores.

8.0O apartamento é bom, muito bem localizado, mas está precisando de um pouco mais de atenção com a manutenção e precisa melhorar muito as toalhas e os colchões.

6.0A roupa de cama está um pouco gasta, não tem papel higiênico (apesar de ter amenidades!) e tem um mal cheiro vindo do banheiro que se alastra pelo quarto. Já é a segunda vez q fico nesse quarto (flat) e o anfitrião deveria cuidar melhor desses aspectos. No mais, o flat é bom e o pessoal é atencioso.
