4.0I am not entirely sure this property’s community allows short term rentals given how we were treated by the community gate guards. Upon arrival, they asked us for the owner’s surname (??), which we were not given. They seemed very concerned, confused and were not going to let us thru until we insisted they look up our name as a registered guest. We are trying to not take the treatment personally, but the vibe we were getting was that this was racially motivated and because we didn’t look like we “should be there”. This happened repeatedly throughout the weekend despite having the parking pass provided inside the unit. Owner was unresponsive to my messages the whole duration of our stay. Given the hassle and difficulties getting in/out, I would never stay here again or recommend this rental. Terrible way to be treated.
