Really beautiful property but rotate your bedding, fully equip your cottages with digital amenties.
6.0Breakfast is very good. Get some real umbrellas for the tables outside or erect a proper sun shade system. No way people can sit out there comfotrtably in the summer in direct sunlight (high altitude sun is brutal)
− Two entrees at Yova were poor, other food was very good. Lobster Fettucine Mariana had too much wine and not burned off sufficiently. The four cheese Mac was literally tasteless, despite four cheeses. Also food took way too long to get. The mattress is our cottage was seriously sagging, ruined a night of sleep, almost ruined our trip. Mattress needed to be flipped but that wasnt sufficient, fortunately we were able to use the second bedroom the second night. My card key timed out the morning I was checking out locking me out of my cottage while packing my car. No reason for this, put a buffer time on the card, instead of treating your customers like they are staying at a Motel 8. While I get get the disconnect and relax vibe, but add some TVs in the rooms. Older folks and disabled folks sometimes need to rest inside with a better distraction than staring at the walls. It's not a glamping experience, its a $900/night resort.
Very nice stay.. wish we had a dishwasher
9.0Loved the pool and other activities
− I liked everything
Nice place, absolutely shockingly bad staff.
2.0The pool was really, nice as were the grounds.
− The majority of the staff we encountered were rude and when issues with our stay were pointed out argumentative rather than solutions oriented.
