I booked with you and I have already left, however I am very upset with how the house was left to us.  The house was NOT clean, there were dishes in the sink, the floor was filthy, the master bed was NOT cleaned (I got bad rashes and hives from sleeping on it from the first night). the pots and pans were NEVER washed, I scrubbed them for 30 minutes to get them clean, your dishwasher didn't work at all, you left us NO trash bags or paper towels, there was NO toiletries or dish soap to run the dishwasher or to scrub by hand. there was mail left in random places, there was trash in almost every drawer of the house. It is your job as a homeowner to at the bare minimum to CLEAN the place for the next guests.  Laying on the bed that was NOT washed can put someone into a very serious reaction.. I had to go buy some aloe and some lotion to try to fix this. I hope to god you guys do better and I would love to have a full refund. I cleaned your floors, I cleaned ALL of your counters, I cleaned your fridge and tossed all the open containers that were left by previous guests that you stated MUST be gone!!~ even though it looks like you guys yourself did NOT go through the cabinets. there were sticky things left in the spice rack, open bottles left there too. Your hallway mirror has handprints everywhere in it. The bathrooms have some kinda black markings in/ on the drain. The bathrooms themselves were very spotilly cleaned.The door NEVER locked after I called you.
