House is beautiful but it smells very strongly of a rodent infestation, and there was dust everywhere. I spent $100 on cleaning and deodorizing products just to make it bearable. Definitely needs a professional cleaning. the house is huge, Beds were very comfortable. Fire pit access is 100% OFF LIMITS and there are zero instructions on the pool, grill is fully falling apart and was too dirty to use anyways. They seem to be more concerned with guests being extremely quiet and doing 90% of the cleaning before they leave than anything thing else.

The property is in a secluded area. It is clean but neighbors are not very friendly to outsiders. We were there 2 days. From the afternoon we arrived til 2:00am the next morning each day were an unusual amount of firecrackers and gun shootings. The day we were leaving it started again at 5:00 am. I think it was possibly a hate crime attack because we are four, black, 60 year old Pastors and Ministers and the noise level was unacceptable. When we discussed it with Lorie, she said HOA nor police would do anything if we complained. That was interesting especially once we learned the property owner was a retired vet funding other veterans who are challenged by war or military experiences it seemed there would be more attention to the matter. It sounded as if it was no surprise to her what happened. She was deceptive in her conversation and stumbling over her words as we shared the experience. The property is nice but the atmosphere was VERY disappointing!
