Has potential.
6.0Needs an update on the linens and blankets. Not much of a view either. Washer and dryer and fridge work fine. Bathroom needs hooks and towel bars and maybe a new tub surround. The wiring is also a little sketchy as it is extension cords running on the outside of the walls. Should be a bit more upscale and remodeled for the price.
