2.0We didn't get to relax. The property had a few issues. There was no internet. All of the tvs required it, so we couldn't watch any tv. The lock and security bar was broken on one of the patio doors,. The light outside didn't work and the bulb on the front porch was very dim. It is very dark in the Ozarks. It was definitely a safety hazard. Also we had the wrong code for the pool in our reservation notes. I shared all of the concerns with property management but only was sent a new pool code and an apology. I asked for a disvount bc we couldn't relax with no tv and a patio door that wouldn't lock. But were told no. I was very disappointed. I would not recommend this place, because it is poorly managed and no real attempt to resolve issues or make it right with the consumer.
