10.0We liked everything about this place, particular at this price point. The only “issue” we had was me locking the keys inside the house, and the property management team was super-responsive, getting me back into the house within 20 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience.

10.0We had an amazing time in Avalon. I wish the bathrooms were bigger but the cottage was adorable. It was also great having access to a BBQ.

6.0The property was charming and we had everything we needed, however, it is in need of updates and repairs. Even so I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it realizing these needs.
