8.0Very cute house on the inside but needs some TLC as paint chipping. Also needs new mattress in both bedrooms as you can fill the springs in both. If you take the bedroom at the front of the house be prepared to hear cars going by. Also there are no coffee cups so if you drink coffee you will need to bring your own or drive the 12 minutes to Starbucks. Also the door you enter through for the lock box sticks so be prepared to push really hard to get it opened and closed. The house is nicely decorated, plenty of towels for the bathroom and very hot water for the shower.

4.0As cute as this place looked in pictures, it was not worth it. It needs quite a bit of repair inside and out. You could feel holes in the floor under the linoleum when you walked. A couple of rooms needed paint completed, and there were loose boards outside. The exterior door was difficult to open and close and one of the bedroom doors doesn’t close at all. The yard badly needed to be mowed especially since you have to park in it and walk through the weeds to get inside and there are ticks just walking from your car to the house. The beds were horrible. We hardly slept at all, in fact we left a day early because we couldn’t stand to sleep there another night. Maybe this is a new to them property, but it needs more help before renting it out.
