8.0House was clean, well stocked, excellent location, and great communication from host. My only issue is that the stairs are steep, railing only on top and a risk at top by bathroom - easy to misstep for a fall. I would rent this place again but would caution elderly or those with young children.

10.0The house was beautiful! In a great area convenient for everything. We came to visit family and the house happen to be just a few blocks away. The management is very accommodating and communication is great! Definitely going to try and book here again in the future next trip to Long Beach.
