8.0This is a good duplex to stay in for a couple or maybe two couples. There were so many little nice additions in the house that made it homey. I was sad to leave my yoga mat and so happily surprised to find a nice one there! I liked the laid back feel and was very comfortable. The actual location is challenging to find at first as signage was poor, but a great location. The bathroom is tight like all older houses, but well used space and added essentials.
