10.0Owners/caretakers extremely easy to contact and instructions were clear.
Quiet and peaceful.
8.0Lovely property. Very dark at night. Missed the house a couple times because gps had us stopped at a nearby house. Could use a light by number at roadside. Everything we needed was supplied and clean. Bathroom is in a weird place with 3 doors to kitchen, living room and basement.
