6.0Pros: - Cute house close to the beach and grocery stores - Comfortable beds - Nice outdoor seating area Cons: - Not setup for 8 people, lacking basic amenities (only four coffee cups, one plastic cup, glasses from different sizes) - Mice poo found in drawers, requiring hand washing of dishes - Limited seating (only four chairs) and no extra chairs available - Broken glass frame in bathroom close to toddler - Bathroom in laundry room has water issues, causing long wait times for showers - Mosquito infestation that bites relentlessly Overall, while the location and charm of the house were appealing, the lack of proper setup for the number of guests and numerous issues with cleanliness and functionality made for a less than enjoyable stay.

GREAT PROPERTY AND AWESOME HOST
10.0The property is beautiful and we loved our time in Pensacola. However, our air wasn't working properly but the host since us to another property and it was perfect as well. The host was great with accommodating us so we'd have the perfect vacation and we're appreciative!!
