10.0we walked into town for coffee, shopping, dinner and to use the post office. there are 2 grocery stores in walking distance as well. the home is big & really has all you need; quite cozy. the only thing we needed was more full length mirrors - a bunch of us trying to get ready for a wedding at the same time but only 1 mirror was a little hectic. a little more artwork would be nice, but didnt impact our stay. we would stay here again.
