4.0We arrived for our stay early evening and could not get in the gate so I activated my phone and called Tom who then let us in the gate where we proceeded to go to our accommodation and couldn’t get in the door. Tom had forgotten to code the door. After settling in we attempted to join internet and couldn’t so we called Tom again and he tried to find out why and discovered someone previously had taken his booster box. So for the 3 days we stayed there we had no Wifi and no communication from Tom . We were visiting from Canada where our phone plans for outside of Canada are very expensive. My opinion is he should have gone out that evening and rectified the problem.
