Very poor.
4.0The cabin smelled like mild dew. The air conditioner filter looked like it had never been clean. There is mold on the ceiling in the big bedroom and the bathroom. The mattress in the big bedroom was hard. The lawn was over grown. The driveway should be something that you tell your guest prior to staying. 4x4 would be a good idea. If it would have rained while we were there it would have been very difficult to leave.
