6.0Everything at this property was crooked, from the door knobs and the shower trimplates, to the pictures on the wall. The listing also mentioned a sauna which was broken, and a video game console that was simply non existent. The guest host was also unresponsive and rude. After not replying to my messages on the app I reached out directly to the property management company. They were very helpful and had the host finally contact me. When contacted I was scolded, and told that in the future I need tonreach out to her directly, not the property management company. All in all the property was over priced and the service was lacking. There are tons of other rentals in Broken Bow. Skip this one!
