6.0No AC! I had no idea until arrival. The thermostat showed cool and heat so we thought it wasn’t working. Tried calling our contact Gregory 3 times and got a recording that my call would be returned within 24 hours. Not acceptable! He texted me back the next morning at 6 am and woke us up. Said the home had no AC and to use the house fan and close everything up during the day. It was 83 degrees in the house. We also were not told the back deck was being rebuilt until the day before we left for our trip. The building materials were stacked in the driveway which limited parking. The hand soap and shower soap were so watered down you couldn’t get a suds going. We ended up going to the store and buying soap. Other than that, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nice. Won’t be back though.

8.0The kitchens and bathrooms have been recently remodeled with new cabinets counters and appliances. Furnishings are all newer and in great condition. The home is older but very clean and comfortable. A newer deck in the back has great potential. The things that keep me from giving it 5 stars are the tub/ shower still need to be addressed and other than the deck, there’s several things outside that need addressing. Thinking about if I would stay here again? Yes, without hesitation!
