10.0Clean and quiet. Front walk has loose stones which created difficult walking for son in leg brace. Could not get DTV to engage so television was not available. Overall, is a lovely, well-maintained home. Access to groceries or restaurants is 20 minutes to Flagstaff. Limited provisions available in Pinewood.
