8.0There needs to be a handrail for the steps to the porch. There are five steps and no handrail. Elderly people need a handrail to safely navigate the steps and probably required by building code.
Quiet and comfortable
8.0Convenient to JSU. Quiet and comfortable. Home was overall clean but needed some TLC. I would recommend staying here. I actually hope to on my next visit to JSU. Property setting was beautiful with the pond
