8.0The property was exactly as described. Pictures were accurate. We had trouble getting a key. After a quick phone call, we were able to get a key and were only delayed 3 minutes. The property met our needs completely.

Disappointed with Hotels.com
6.0They sent me a communication about entry code, but the code did not work. The phone number attached to the listing was not in operation and no one answered the number attached to the email. They eventually got back to me by text and said they couldn’t contact me because it was an international number (ignoring that they gave me a code in an email). The master bathroom was not clean - mildew on the shower curtain and tiles.
