I emailed concerning if there was a place to plug in my car bc the dates we traveled weather was -33. No one replied. We showed up to check in at 3:45 & was prompting told it was not ready and to come back - absolutely NO apology. We drove 12 hours btw to get there and we’re exhausted. Advertises FOUR car parking in driveway with street parking for our unit - note: it is NOT four car parking - I squeezed my car in; the other driver had to street park because the basement tenant was in the other spot. Older house. The house smelled musky - like the carpet needed to be removed or it got wet. The people downstairs have several small loud yappy dogs that totally went off everytime someone moved!! * Semi-rude instructions on Welcome Book - thermostats are all locked - we were instructed to “put on layers” if we got cold! Pros - perfect place for large family gathering. Comfortable. Centrally located.
