6.0スタッフさんが、すごく良い人でした！遅くのチェックインにも対応してくれて、ありがたかったです！ただ、部屋にカメムシがいるのが…ガムテープ置いてるので、もし、いたら包んで捨ててくださいってフロントで言われて、まさかいないだろいと思っていたら、2匹もいた…朝にブーンって音がカーテンからしたから、もっといたのかも。この地域は秋に大量発生してるらしいけど、部屋の中に入るのはなんでなんだろう… 布団もあまり清潔感はなかったけど、値段は安いし、こんなものなのかな。札幌の宿がどこもいっぱいだったので、宿無しにならないだけでも良かったです。

8.0よくも悪くも、ほとんど店員が関与しないです。素泊まりだけなら十分過ごしやすいです。

6.0建物が古いため仕方ない部分もありますが、室内の壁が薄いようで隣の部屋の宿泊客のイビキが丸聞こえでした。トイレを流した時の音がビックリするほど大きくて、タンクに溜まるまでも何時間もチョロチョロ音が続き、と気になる点が多々ありました。アメニティは部屋には無く、ロビーで各自で必要な分を持っていくというスタイルでした。 夏の時期にしては安く泊まれたので、寝泊まりするだけと思えば十分かなと思います。 チェックイン時の受付の女性の方の印象は良かったです。

8.0We really enjoyed the view from our room which faced the rear of the hotel. There is a mountain view and the sound of a stream that runs behind the hotel was very relaxing! The staff was kind and very accommodating.
