Surprisingly delightful stay that surpassed expectations
10.0Fell in love with this property from the moment I walked through the door. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the complimentary upgrade they offered to castle view rooms. Will definitely book those rooms next time. The breakfast manager was incredibly friendly, checking in with everyone and giving them hand-written thank you notes. Very calming decor throughout.
− The breakfast buffet may be understaffed. It was a mess with food everywhere.

10.0We loved the accommodation of providing us the top floor river view! Thank you so much - the view was great and we also enjoyed the breakfast next morning that was specially made for us due to vegan constraints. It was delicious and the hospitality of all the team members was warm and welcoming We are so happy to have had this experience and are looking forward to visiting different Hiltons all over!
