10.0Comfortable, clean, easy, owner of apartment was more accommodating than was expected. Kawagoe area is good. Matoba station near Nagatoro and Chichibu and not too far from Ikebukurou.

6.0これは仕方ない（わかっていた）事ですが、近くにコインパーキングが無くて少々不便でした。 建物や設備的には問題ありませんが、湿気がやや多かったと思います。
