Hotel provided us everything we needed for our stay! The trip started off rocky, as I thought I lost my passport at the airport, but they were gracious enough to help me call the airport security and help us communicate our issue, as I only spoke English. The went above and beyond on the phone for over 20 minutes, while I frantically searched my bag. I ended up finding my passport thankfully, but was extremely grateful for their kindness and patience during the situation.

Absolutely perfect location

The location was absolutely ideal. Close enough to everything you would need - food, shopping etc. and also to several train stations so you can explore the other parts of Tokyo. Staff were super friendly The coffee (which was free) was SO good Also lots of other free amenities that are actually pretty useful The washing machines and driers (2 of each) are incredibly convenient Although we were close to the main highway, the noise was pretty minimal. However we were on the top floor (14) so not sure about the lower floors We were able to store our luggage at the hotel before check-in. They do not offer luggage forwarding but there is a Yamato office just around the corner

− The main entrance doors were not working and it was pretty annoying having to open manually

บริการดี ที่พักอยู่ใกล้สถานีใหญ่ เดินทางสะดวกมาก ใกล้แหล่งอาหารและแหล่งช้อปปิ้งต่างๆ ไม่มีอะไรที่ไม่ชอบเลย ประทับใจมาก ครั้งหน้าจะไปพักอีก

− เสียงดังจากรถพยาบาลมีมาบ้างแต่ไม่บ่อย แต่ก็เข้าใจได้เพราะตึกอยู่ติดถนน

這個住宿地點真的很棒，不管是購物、吃飯、搭車都方便到不行。不用2分鐘就能走到阿美橫町，離全家便利商店更近，走到上野站和御徒町站也都大約5分鐘內的距離，離京成上野也很近，很方便去搭乘Skyliner去機場。櫃台的服務人員態度都非常好，用英文溝通完全沒問題。

− 第一次打開冷氣就有非常奇怪的味道，是很濃的柑橘類清潔劑的味道，之後再開冷氣又變成一種很難形容的臭味。一開始進到房間摸了被子和床有一種潮濕感，床偏硬，不過床的軟硬是個人喜好問題不算缺點。最大的問題是浴室真的太小，洗手台左半邊是在浴缸上方，右邊又緊臨著馬桶，根本沒辦法好好站在洗手台前刷牙。
