− Talvez o quarto pudesse ser um pouquinho maior, mas é um detalhe irrelevante, pois o mordomo acomodou nossas roupas com todo o capricho nas prateleiras nos deixando surpreendidos positivamente
Hotel bom para quem viaja sozinho. Quartos muito pequenos.

− Travesseiros muito rígidos e quartos muito pequenos. Os mais simples nao vale o custo benefício. Tive que trocar por um maior para conseguir espaço para abrir a mala e me hospedar com a minha filha.

− Banheiro muito pequeno;café da manhã não faz jus ao preço da diária; Não há motivo da sauna que comporta 5 pessoas ter que ser reservada para somente 1 pessoa por vez utilizar;sinal Internet muito ruim…;check out demorado é feito de forma muito amadora!
Great stay - too short
10.0Everything was perfect! Just wish we had stayed longer. Super clean, bed linens wonderful. Beds very comfy. The breakfast was delicious with very good variety. All the staff were friendly , helpful and very professional. Highly recommend!

Restaurant Charlo is open for breakfast from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, for lunch from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and for dinner from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, except on Sundays and holidays.
The Boulangerie is open on monday to friday from 07h00 AM to 19h00 PM and saturday to sunday 08h00 AM to 16h30 PM.
The Sarau Bar operates from Tuesday to Thursday, 6:00 PM to 01:00 AM, and Friday & Saturday, 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
1 small pet is allowed in the apartment. Please note that there is a pet fee for accommodations of R$950.00 *per stay*.
