This resort is nothing celebrity like. The property is well maintained and staff are generally helpful. But there are too many local residents mingled with property staff. Staff don’t have any uniform. Rooms are poorly equipped - we had to call guest services to get towels and soap refilled as they wee all empty when we checked in. They didn’t provide basic amenities such as hand towels. Soap - there was a coffee maker or hotwater flask and no cups to make coffee. Room service food delivery was good though. Basically this is not what I expected for paying 7-8k rupees per night.
