4.0The Palm Beach Caetanoes is located in a deserted area, with no signage to direct travelers to the hotel. There is no internet service in the area and Wifi is intermittent, which created another level of complexity. The hotel staff could not find our reservation, and when they found it we had to wait for someone to clean our rom. Food at the hotel restaurant is limited and overpriced. Breakfast included with our rate was unacceptable, with 2 choices of fruits and Brazilian tapioca on day 1 and tapioca only on day 2. Coffee and milk were provided, but nothing else. While our room had a nice view, it had no soap or any other amentities. The hotel did not clean our or changed our towels during our stay. The staff needs training, and are clearly not prepared to deal with the public. The services received were not what we paid for, which made our stay at thr Palm Beach Caetanos a terrible experience. Very very disappointed!!!

* Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information.
