8.0Gostei do prédio, bem localizado, limpo, funcionários educados, piscina boa, banheiros super limpos, elevadores limpos e funcionando super bem, o apartamento bom, mas com algumas ressalvas, indicarei e voltarei!
− Na sala de espera da recepção, senti falta do ar condicionado mais frio, no apartamento 709 senti falta de alguns utensílios principalmente um varal de chão. O AP. Já está precisando de uma pintura, infelizmente na nossa semana teve a construção do prédio ao lado, tirou a vista do AP. e muita poeira, tivemos que deixar às janelas totalmente fechadas, não pudemos usufruir a varanda.

8.0Propriedade muito bem localizada porém o apartamento 403 necessitando de melhorias como reforma de móveis, troca de colchão da cama de casal , troca da roupa de cama e travesseiros que são de baixa qualidade , melhor assistência da camareira em repor alguns materiais

10.0O Edifício fica a 2 quadras da praia.Ficamos no ap 916 com nosso pet.Pontos positivos do apartamento: Limpeza, utensílios, chuveiro bom, purificsdor de água. Pontos negativo: a porta do banheiro nao tem como fechar, somente encosta, mas abre sozinha, ar condicionado fica em cima da cama , achei barulhento, e o estacionamento que diz ter é rotativo.
