− At the time while booking on 25/09/2025 it was shown on the screen that the amount 6940/- includes all the three meals and after confirming the reservation it was reflected that the package includes breakfast and the objection was raised on the same time on WhatsApp , but was not replied , then phone call was made and assurance was made to adjust but was denied at the time of check-in and amount of extra 2000/- was demanded. On request only Rs 1000/- were negotiated and we had to pay Rs 1000/- unnecessarily.

1.0The Nepali staff was helpful and authentic.
− It was supposed to be premium luxury boat for the price I have booked. However the boat had 4 rooms and there was no difference between 10000 to 18000 room and service was common in all. The wine which they offer is of Rs. 260. The facilities are just average. No speacial thing in 10k or 18k booking

− The bathroom in the executive suite needs improvement. The sink was leaking and there was no water in the shower. Old towels and no tissues.
