10.0My family’s stay at Storii was fantastic. From the time we stepped foot on the property till the time we left. What I like most was the staff. From the front desk to the restaurant to the room staff, all were so friendly. Special shout out to Pooja and DIPANKAR for making us feel at home.
− I liked it all, I would recommend making it a smoke free facility.
Overpriced and Below ITC Standards
1.0Although the property is small, it does not deserve a five-star rating. There were cobwebs in the room, and the overall cleanliness was below expectations. The surroundings were peaceful, and it was lovely to hear the natural sounds of birds, which made the environment relaxing. However, that alone does not make up for the poor maintenance, cleanliness, and service. Overall, I do not believe this property is worthy of a five-star rating.
− The total cost for two rooms for two nights came to approximately ₹23,000. After informing the hotel that we were travelling with our three children, we were charged an additional ₹3,000 for an extra bed and over ₹3,000 in taxes. We have stayed at many hotels, including premium and budget properties, and while an extra bed charge is understandable, we have never experienced such high additional charges. We requested just a one-hour extension for our checkout, but the hotel staff refused, stating that the hotel was fully booked. However, when I checked online, rooms were still available for booking on the same date, which made the explanation seem inconsistent. Overall, the reception service was disappointing. We found the staff to be unhelpful, and the customer service did not meet our expectations.

7.0We checked in really late after midnight and the staff was still very accommodating and helpful. We also missed the breakfast due to the late arrival at the hotel but the kitchen staff were super helpful and still served us breakfast on the house
