− Slightly Old but well maintained.

8.0The place was centrally located. The only concern was there was no iron available and their laundry service does not open early enough to get ready for my schedule. Secondly the buffet breakfast was not up to the standard, plastic garden chairs covered with no so clean covers, only local limited choice of items for breakfast, and staff there was of 'couldn't care less' attitude.

Great place in Shillong
10.0This was our second visit to Pegasus Crown, and we look forward to future stays. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was big, clean, and comfortable, and the hot shower was great! The hotel is conveniently located close to Police Bazaar.
− I had trouble paying with my foreign credit card. The staff was accommodating, and waited until I had a chance to go to the ATM.

10.0Oh my goodness this hotel!! The staff were WONDERFUL! So attentive, kind and helpful! Really warm also. The hotel manager called me a couple of times during my stay to see if there was anything else I needed, they also gave me a number of complimentary meals which were lovely - especially the dinner in the hotel restaurant! Exceptional! The bed in my room was sooo comfortable too. I absolutely loved this place!
− It was a little noisy at times at night - if you are a light sleeper request a room away from the road :)
