A good night’s sleep
10.0It was a one night stay before a flight. The check in was quick (but 2 forms to fill in!); the room spacious and comfortable with efficient cooling. The lift played Brahms’ lullaby. There is a small swimming pool which I enjoyed a couple of times, which seemed seldom used, but a real pleasure. It’s located off some main road and easy to get places. I had my best night’s sleep in 8 days in India and that was most welcome. Breakfast was straightforward and simple. It is in many ways like any other business hotel but the staff were pleasant and helpful.

8.0Location was great Wifi did not work, food was really amazing.
Somewhat disapointing
6.0When we arrived the had no room for us and we had to be transferred to another hotel at midnight. Housekeeping was haphazard and had to be told what should be done. On check-out they tried to charge Rupies 10,000 above the booked rate. Fortunately I had a photo of the booking confirmation and did not pay it. The staff was very friendly but I will not stay there again should I go to Trivandrum.

8.0A good value business hotel with a pool. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurant was ok with friendly staff, but a fairly limited menu (not everything listed is actually available) Breakfast was basic but did the job.
