− Atendimento. Ao dar informações completas sobre pratos e bebidas. Um guia ou um folder que o espaço tem para proporcionar, principalmente os que visitam pela primeira vez. Mais segurança nos toboáguas, ainda mais quando utilizados por crianças.

− Pontos apenas para ajuste: Atendimento do restaurante pode melhorar, Segurança de algumas áreas, em relação ao piso escorregadio, precisa ser revisto: como na descida para o bar molhado. Está muito perigoso tanto para crianças como adultos. Percebi que algumas áreas estão em obra: já poderiam resolver essa questão.

6.0Funcionários solícitos e ambiente agradável.
− A pousada encontrava-se em reforma, restaurante, parque aquático e piscina de hóspedes interditados (poderiam avisar na reserva). Única atração disponível foi o banho de rio. Tv do quarto pequena e antiga (sem Netflix, youtube, etc). Sinal de TV aberta ruim. Controle do ar condicionado sem funcionar. Café da manhã com poucos itens, tivemos que pagar por tapiocas e omeletes (não inclusos na diária). Elevadíssmo custo da hospedagem sem justificativa.
