1.0− Ficamos mais de 1 hora na recepção, pois não tinham enviado confirmação de reserva, liguei varias vezes e enviei msg p contato do proprietário. Sem retorno nenhum. Obrigado ao apoio do booking, que conseguiu contado . E conseguimos entrar no apartamento. Total irresponsabilidade. Falta de respeito. Não recomendo. Quanto ao atendimento do hotel sem reclamações.

7.0Café da manhã é bom e o quarto estava limpo e organizado.
− O funcionários não estavam preparados para nos recepcionar, pois alugamos através do Airbnb/brooking, e ao chegar no local, não conseguiam encontrar nossa reserva, o que foi desconfortável. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar, a parte da piscina muita muito suja, não dava se quer para entrar na piscina. O café da manhã estava bom, mas bastante restrito e com poucas opções, e o cardápio nada atrativo. O shampoo do banho nao é bom e a cortina do quarto esta estragada. Nao desejo voltar ao hotel.
