10.0O studio é muito confortável.Todos os eletrodomésticos novos e de muito boa qualidade.A entrada no prédio é por reconhecimento fácil e ao se aproximar do dispositivo ele da acesso ao prédio.Excelente vaga coberta na garagem.E bem próximo ao centro.
− Como sugestão fica a instalação de uma antena de canais fechados,por exemplo uma Sky.Como choveu em um dos dias ficamos sem poder de assistir televisão,como por exemplo um jogo de futebol .

10.0Eu e a minha família gostamos muito do apartamento, um lugar limpo e muito confortável,com uma otima segurança na entrada do prédio, e o proprietário foi bastante atencioso respondendo nossas dúvidas pelo WhatsApp, com certeza voltaremos mais vezes.
