− Tinham algumas baratas no apartamento e muita formiga pequenas. Controle do portão está ruim, demora para abrir. E um controle do ar condicionado não estava funcionando. O restante tudo muito bom.

10.0Foi muito agradável, seguro e reservado. O kitnet é amplo e confortável. Adorei que eles deixaram várias toalhas e um pouco de café em pó. Nós arredores tem restaurante e padaria a poucos metros.
