6.0Lage gut, Self Check In funktioniert reibungslos
− Keine Klimaanlage!!! Wenn es heiß ist, gibt es keine Möglichkeit, die Zimmer zu kühlen. Andere Gäste sind teilweise sehr laut oder rauchen direkt unter dem Zimmer, da keine Kontrolle durch einen Mitarbeiter vor Ort.

Aufenthalt war okay, anfangsschwiergkeiten mit der Tür aber nach 4 Stunden und etwas Hilfe ging es und dann war es auch
6.0Mir hat die Lage sehr gefallen, es war ruhig und auch gemütlich.
− Bei dem Check in hatten wir bereits Probleme mit der Schlüsselkarte die man sich erstellen musste, daraufhin habe ich das erste Mal bei dem Service angerufen. Es sei ein Fehler der Karte ich kann die Tür per Mail auf machen aber soll eine neue Karte erstellen. Nach dem 5ten Versuch des erstellen der Karte habe ich eine Nachicht an den Anbieter verfasst, darauf kam 2 Stunden keine Antwort. Mir war es aber wichtig da nicht nur das Problem mit der Schlüssel Karte war sondern auch das man die Tür nicht zuziehen könnte sprich keine Privatsphäre und kein Ausgang weil man Sorge hatte und schlafen bei offener Tür möchte man auch nicht. Darauf hin habe ich nochmal bei dem Service angerufen und habe mein Problem geschildert, ich solle warten ich werde zurück gerufen. Ab da ging alles ganz schnell es wurden Lösungen gefunden und die Tür hat dann wieder geklappt, nach 4 Stunden. Der Abend war gelaufen.
