1.0They didn't allow me to stay and also they cancel my booking,this all happen my arrival .They didn't inform me earlier,I was very upset on that day whether also not good,heavy rain out side So I am very upset also your booking people why you people not inform about this matter to me as early.In future I didn't trust you people and the hotel Rani Residency.
