La stanza doppia deluxe al primo piano con vista davvero stupenda. Personale gentile. Posizione magnifica in una traversa (2 minuti) dal Corso İstiklal Caddesi (Beyoğlu o Galata).

− La prima notte siamo arrivati tardi e ci hanno dato una stanza assurda (la 301) da non prendere. Stanza cambiata gratuitamente dopo 48 ore). L'insonorizzazione è quasi nulla ed il condizionatore perdeva un po' di acqua. Per chi vuole silenzio e tranquillità il posto è sconsigliato perché giù in strada si festeggia fino a tardi.

La ubicación

− El ruido de la discoteca todas las noches hasta las 5 de la madrugada impide dormir.Ademas la primera noche solicité un aparato vanti mosquitos( había muchos en la habitación que te comían) y la recepcionista se comprometió a subirme un aparato o spray pero pasó olímpicamente de mi.Hubiera dormido mejor en un banco de la calle, no es broma .

Location and the room are nice. BUT YOU CANT SLEEP. DONT STAY HERE!!!!

− We booked a nice room for our last days of vacation, we arrived, the rooms huge, nice. We went to bed; nightmare. There is a discotheque, a dancing club, which runs everyday from 11 to 5 am, in THE SAME BUILDING. My pillow was VIBRATING , at the point I didn't know what to do, earplugs, meditation but when your bed is moving... impossible. So until 5 am was literally awful. Then after what happened (imagine the same procedure and not sleeping for another night!!!) we decided we will not stay the next day (although my reservation was for 2 nights). Before i book another hotel, I raised a complaint directly with Booking, hoping that i get reimbursed for the money of the night i wont be using but, the manager of the hotel refused to pay as they claimed its very lively part of the city.... I disagree, i can tolerate people talking in a restaurant until midnight but vibration of the entire building is another level. Perhaps he still does not understand that the main business of a hotel is to SLEEP and not to be awake the whole night. To make the story short, we had to PAY another hotel extra night just to be able to sleep. Very stressful last days ....

L’emplacement de l’hôtel était vraiment idéal, très bien situé pour visiter Istanbul. Le personnel de la réception était également aimable.

− Le principal problème était le manque d’hygiène. Durant nos 9 nuits, le linge de lit a été changé très rarement. Nous recevions régulièrement des serviettes propres, mais les draps restaient les mêmes pendant très longtemps. La housse de couette, n’a été changée qu’une seule fois, au début. De plus, la salle de bain n’a pas été nettoyée durant toute la deuxième moitié de notre passage à l’hôtel. Nous avons également été confrontés à une quantité impressionnante de moustiques dans notre chambre, alors que nous n’ouvrions même pas les fenêtres. Malgré le fait que nous en tuions une dizaine chaque jour, il y en avait toujours autant. Cela nous empêchait de dormir correctement et j’ai personnellement été piquée une quinzaine de fois. Enfin, l’insonorisation était vraiment mauvaise. Nous entendions non seulement la musique provenant du club à proximité, mais également les bruits de la rue, de la réception et de la chambre située au-dessus de la nôtre. Nous entendions absolument tout, ce qui rendait les nuits particulièrement désagréables. C’est vraiment dommage car malgré son excellent emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel, le manque d’hygiène et les nuisances sonores ont fortement affecté notre expérience.

Uredno je i čisto. Ali veoma glasno pored nocnog kluba.

− Pored nocnog kluba ste koji radi do 5 ujutru. Tako da ukoliko nemate čepiće za uši nećete spavati. Generalno hotel na ok lokaciji blizu svega. Ali mi smo imali lose iskustvo, jer više od 24h nismo imali struje u apartmanu. Nikakve informacije nismo dobijali od recepcije, u celom kvartu je bilo struje, samo u hotelu ne. Sto je zanimljivo, neki delovi hotela su imali, kao recepcija, hodnik, dole pomocne prostorije, dok sobe nisu imale. Veoma zanimljivo. Sve u svemu da nije bilo nocnog kluba i nestanka struje odlican, ovako vrlo vrlo skromno.

- Staff are respectful and try to be helpful. - Location is great, seconds away from Istiklal street.

− - I arrived on the day of the floods, the hotel didn't have running (hot and cold) water for more than 12 hours. They couldn't provide any help and suggested I go buy some water bottles and use them for shower/toilet. - Glued to the hotel is a very loud club which puts very loud music starting midnight till 5 am every night 7/7. - Wifi was out for a whole day. - Hotel can't call a taxi except for an airport trip. - Soundproofing isn't really working. Very loud noises and footsteps were coming from the room above us.
