− Die Informationen, wie man die Appartementschlüssel gelangt, erfolgte für mein Empfinden zu spät. Laut Mail sollte die Information eine Woche vor Reisebeginn gegeben werden. Ich habe die Information dann telefonisch, einen Tag vor Reisebeginn nach meiner Nachfrage erhalten. Vorher hatte ich keine Telefonnummer des Vermieters. Der Vermieter war aber sehr nett und freundlich am Telefon und hat meine Nachfragen beantwortet.
