Die Wohnung ist o.k. und mit dem Bus ist das Zentrum gut erreichbar.
7.0Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer (wegen der grossen Hitze). Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung war in Ordnung eingerichtet, ohne Luxus, aber ruhig gelegen.
− Die Waschmaschine im Keller konnten wir nicht gebrauchen. Sie wurde zwar während unseres Aufenthalts angeschlossen. Das ganze Untergeschoss war sehr schmutzig. Im Gartensitzplatz waren alle Gartenmöbel (Stühle, Tisch, Liegen) noch eingepackt. Da der Zugang zum Gartensitzplatz durch die schmutzigen Räume führte, war er nicht attraktiv und wir verzichteten auf eine Benutzung. Es war uns nicht bewusst, dass sich die Wohnung im 3. Stock befindet und kein Aufzug vorhanden ist. Das Kofferschleppen war mühsam und wir würden sie älteren Leuten nicht empfehlen. Herr Werland hat uns bei Ankunft in Koblenz nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass wir vom Hauptbahnhof den Bus Nr. 9 benutzen könnten. Er scheint sich nicht gut auszukennen.
Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen
10.0Die Wohnungen waren sehr sauber und super gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und bei Problemen oder Rückfragen wurde sofort geholfen/geantwortet.
Schöne, gut ausgestattete Apartments in guter Lage.
10.0Sehr netter Kontakt, sowohl schriftlich, als auch persönlich. Schöne, saubere Wohnungen in guter Lage. Fußläufig vom Bahnhof und Stadtzentrum erreichbar. Restaurants und Supermarkt in der Nähe.
