8.0Good location, comfy room and beds
− I had one booking from 21-23 Jan at the.same hotel. But Treebo called me and informed that the hotel was overbooked although I had made a 50% advance. They shifted me to Treebo Grand Shivay. But that location was inconvenient, so I cancelled the booking. Treebo never informed Grand Shivay and my booking was marked as no show. Despite several emails and messages I am yet to get a refund. And the amount it more than 4K. This is plain robbery by the Treebo group.
