10.0The proffesional approach of the staffs are too good, it is hard to find in today's time. Mr. Rajesh, and Mr. Nirajan was very courteous towards me, in listening to my issues.

1.0− I was on road trip with my family from Jharkhand to Kanyakumari ,and planned to stay and visit some famous places on the way. Accordingly this hotel was booked with a condition ,payment on arrival at property. But after some time, they started mailing for payment. I requested them several times through mail that my plan is confirm and as soon as I reached at your property the payment will be made. But after reaching the property, they told that your booking is cancelled. Further the booking was made through Booking .com and no information in this regard has been received from Booking .com. neither the Hotel agency rang me.
