Improper Listing of Rooms
7.0The private lake directly attached to the resort. You can play in the lake. Hot water facilities and AC.
− The app says the occupancy of a room is 2 people. We were 10 people and we had to book 5 rooms through the app. Customisation options also said 2 people per room at max. Later when we reached the hotel, we saw that there were 3 beds. If we knew that 3 people can share a room, we would have booked 2 rooms for 2 sharing and 2 rooms for 3 sharing, which totals up to 4 rooms. When we asked for a refund, we were denied since the policy prohibits us. I wanted to contact treeboo support but it was not worth going through the hassle and we all accepted the extra room either way. My feedback is, mention that 3 people can stay in a room and not just 2.

10.0The place is amazing, service was kind and friendly The rooms was clean and nice, we saw bad reviews about the food- I don’t know why because food was great! Price was good. After all- we had a great time here we took 3 rooms and enjoyed every moment here!!! I thank all majestic retreat team 🙏🏽
