Decent but services need improvement.
6.0The location of the hotel is good as it is in the main market nearby Bus Stand and RFID card centre. Room size was ok.
− Cleanliness, staff service was not prompt. We had ask many times for a water bottle. There is no power back for AC. Whenever there was a power cut which was very frequent in Katra, we had to stay in hot and humid room temperature. TV was non functional and they avoided doing anything about it even after reporting.
