Location is good. View is awesome. Nice landscaping.

− They did not deliver what they promised. We booked the room with an extra bed included, but were still charged separately for the extra bed at check-in. The front desk staff also seemed poorly trained. They lacked basic courtesy, were not polite in their interactions, and did not know how to handle guests professionally. Overall, the experience was disappointing because of the poor service and unprofessional attitude.
